Job Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and adapt onboarding to ensure smooth cultural integration.

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, handle grievances, and ensure alignment with Qatar’s employment laws.

- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies that comply with Qatar Labor Law and Ministry of Labor standards.

- Assess training needs, coordinate professional development, and track employee growth.

- Oversee performance reviews, set goals with employees, and address performance issues.

- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll adjustments and guide employees through benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Qatar’s employment benefits regulations.

- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with Qatari labor standards.

- Adapt HR practices to respect Qatari customs and work culture.

- Legal Knowledge: Stay updated on Qatar’s labor laws, especially regarding expatriate labor policies, contracts, and leave entitlements.

- With this experience: an HR Officer in Qatar is well-positioned for roles like HR Manager, particularly within multinational or government-linked organizations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).

- Must be locally available in Qatar and can provide NOC.
