Job Summary
Resalah Physiotherapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients with orthopedic conditions. You will work closely with our orthopedic doctors to assist with examinations, treatments, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthopedic doctor during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, pain levels, and overall progress.
- Document patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about their orthopedic conditions and post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in the treatment areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Sharjah or a MOH Evaluation Letter (for internationally educated nurses).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with an orthopedic doctor or in an orthopedic setting.
- Strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
