Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop original content for various digital platforms (social media, websites, blogs, video platforms, etc.).
- Write, edit, and proofread text-based content like blog posts, articles, and social media posts.
- Produce and edit multimedia content (videos, podcasts, infographics, and images).
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and follows the company’s content strategy.
2. Audience Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback and comments across platforms.
- Analyze audience preferences and trends to tailor content that resonates with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that engage the community and increase reach.
3. Content Strategy:
- Work with the content and marketing teams to develop a content calendar and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience interests to inform content creation.
- Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and objectives.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track content performance using analytics tools and generate reports to measure engagement and impact.
- Optimize content based on performance data to improve results over time.
- Stay updated on the latest content trends and best practices in digital marketing.
5. Collaboration:
- Work with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing content.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure the content aligns with overall business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills specially the Arabic content on GCC area.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

- Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
