Job Vacancy Details:

A leading trading company is seeking a Trading Accounts administrator with at least one year of experience in the same field. Key responsibilities include opening trading accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, and marketing account-opening services to potential clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in trading or customer service in a similar field

- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills

- Proficiency in using CRM systems for customer management

- Experience in marketing and promoting services through social media and digital channels

Work Location: Kuwait City, opposite NBK Tower
Working Hours/Days: 9 hours per day, 5 days a week
Salary: 350 - 450 KD
