Job Description: Arabic Receptionist**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Greeting Visitors and Patients.

- **Answering and Directing Calls.

- **Scheduling Appointments

- **Patient Check-In and Check-Out

- **Maintaining Reception Area clean, organized, and presentable.

- **Administrative Support

- **Handling Patient Inquiries

- **Processing Payments

- **Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidentially

- **Coordination with Staff smoothly

**Qualifications:**

** Language ** : native Arabic , excellent level in English.

- **Experience:** Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role in a medical or healthcare setting.

- **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical scheduling software.

**Working Conditions:**

- **place:** Bani Yas , Abu Dhabi .

- **Hours:** Full-time position, [ Daily, e.g., Saturday to Thursday, split shift 8:30-1 and 4:30-9pm , Friday Off].

- Salary: 2500 - 3000 Dirham Per month. Based on experience.
