We are hiring for TRADITIONAL TRADE MARKET SUPERVISOR.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Guide and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the FMCG sector.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for the sales team.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Valid Driving License
