We are hiring for TRADITIONAL TRADE MARKET SUPERVISOR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership: Guide and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the FMCG sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for the sales team.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Valid Driving License
