Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Recovery Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the data recovery industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of hard drive firmware, physical parts replacement, and electronic knowledge for SSD data recovery. You will be responsible for diagnosing and recovering data from various types of storage media using advanced tools like PC-3000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hard drive firmware issues using PC-3000.
- Perform physical repairs on hard drives, including head swaps, motor replacements, and PCB repairs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and data recovery from damaged or malfunctioning storage devices (HDD, SSD, RAID, etc.).
- Handle SSD data recovery, including NAND chip-off recovery and troubleshooting electronic issues.
- Image and clone storage devices to ensure data integrity during the recovery process.
- Prepare detailed diagnosis reports for clients and maintain accurate records of recovery processes.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful recovery outcomes.
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the data recovery industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hard drive firmware and physical parts replacement.
- Proficiency with PC-3000 or similar data recovery tools.
- Solid understanding of electronics for SSD data recovery.
- Ability to handle complex data recovery cases with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear updates on case progress.
