Key Responsibilities:
As the Content Producer, you will be the cornerstone of the creative production process, shaping and executing campaigns that captivate audiences across multiple platforms.
- Lead End-to-End Content Production: Drive the entire process from concept to completion for campaigns across major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring high-quality results that meet our client's standards of excellence.
- Strategic & Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to develop innovative campaign concepts tailored to the luxury and experiential markets, elevating each brand’s story with fresh, compelling narratives.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Produce content that’s optimized for diverse platforms, using data and trend analysis to enhance engagement and maximize audience impact.
- Visual Storytelling Mastery: Apply top-tier skills in videography, photography, and post-production to create content that resonates with discerning audiences, capturing the essence of each brand.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Engage with clients and internal teams, including designers, social media experts, and AR specialists, to ensure seamless execution and alignment on campaign vision.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics to refine strategies and maintain impactful, high-engagement content in alignment with shifting social trends and algorithms.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned content professional with both technical prowess and a strategic mindset, capable of producing polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative and Technical Excellence: Demonstrated success delivering for major brands like Vogue Arabia, TikTok, Spotify, Estee Lauder, and others in high-caliber sectors.
- Advanced Production Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and professional experience in videography, photography, and project management.
- Digital and Social Savvy: Proven track record of growing brand engagement on social media, leveraging trend forecasting, data analysis, and best practices for each platform.
- Professionalism & Organizational Mastery: Strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple high-profile projects.
- Cultural Insight and Innovation: Ability to infuse campaigns with global insights and culturally relevant storytelling that speaks to diverse audiences.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field, with substantial experience in content production for high-profile brands.
