Job Description

Job title: Advisor - Cards Life Cycle Management

Location: Dubai, on-site

Contract Period: 3 months.

Language- English & Arabic

Specified area / field of experience: In Sales/Tele Sales function preferably in Credit Card product from reputed banks & Financial institution

Key Responsibilities

1. End to end management of customers as part of the Al Islami card migration process

2. Develop a deep understanding of DIB Credit card and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

3. Conduct outbound calls to customers and brief them regarding DIB Credit card products /services.

4. Handhold customers during the card migration process through effective questioning and active listening.

5. Meet or exceed objectives set by management.

6. Keep accurate records of migration activities and customer interactions.

7. Collaborate with the other stakeholder (Credit & Operations team) to ensure applications are processed with TAT.

All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager

Minimum Education required:

Bachelors and above.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years
