Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, including training and evaluations.

· Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

· Efficiently manage the sales and marketing budget.

· Track and report on campaign and sales performance.

· Organize promotional events and trade shows to generate leads.

Job Requirements:

· Must be Omani national

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Proficient in marketing strategies, digital tools, and CRM platforms.

· Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and campaign performance.

· Skilled in marketing software (Google Analytics, CRM, social media tools) and MS Office (Excel).

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Creative, adaptable, and solution-oriented with excellent time management.

· Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
