Job Title: Sales Executive – Visa & Business Setup Solutions
Location: Dubai, UAE
Compensation: AED 2,000 - AED 4,000 (Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission)

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and promoting our diverse range of services within the visa and business setup sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage potential clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored, high-quality solutions. Compensation is performance-based, offering significant earning potential for those who consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the visa and business setup sector, generating new sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and align them with our offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass set sales targets, maximizing commission earnings.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the most competitive and relevant solutions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in visa services, business setup, or a related professional services sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong focus on results with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates.
