Job Opportunity: Sales Manager (Furniture Retail)

Location: Msheireb, Qatar

Position Overview:

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a motivated professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid background in furniture or luxury retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve showroom sales targets
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Oversee the CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role within a furniture or luxury retail environment
  • Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive strategy

Preferred Qualifications:
