Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Experience Level: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets within the IT sector.

*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and revenue goals.

*Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

*Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our products and services effectively.

*Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, digital campaigns, and referrals.

*Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our IT solutions.

*Conduct negotiations with clients and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.

*Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

*Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or a related field.

*Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry trends.

*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

*Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
