Talent Acquisition Lead – Saudi Arabia CLIENT Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES • Supporting managers in the development of their teams • Overseeing the recruitment process • Attending recruitment fairs • Carrying out the talent review process and succession planning • Ensuring the company adheres to Saudization policies
Requirements
