Job Description:
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
- Provide insightful advice on market trends, pricing, financing options, and legal requirements to empower informed decision-making.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, effectively presenting real estate solutions
- Negotiate terms and facilitate transactions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local Real Estate market and neighbourhood developments.
Requirements:
- Experienced in Real Estate market or relevant sales position.
- Fluency in Hindi is a must.
- Strong communication and sales negotiation skills.
- Experience with Developer is a added advantage.
- Track record of Successful Real Estate journey.
- Valid driving license required.
