What we are looking for:

• Figurehead of the business and brand
• Italian or Mediterranean restaurants is needed,
• Managing a large team of multi-cultural staff
• Must have experience of working for a premium brand / restaurant
• Personable, charismatic, highly presentable with Strong Customer Relations and excellent communication skills
• Polished and well-presented individuals with a passion for food and service
• Ideally single status contract offered

Salary package: BD 1650 all-inclusive plus medical, flights etc
