Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering tailored advice and support.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with property trends to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
- Perform property viewings and follow up with leads and inquiries.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client information, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 Year Experience in Real Estate.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Must Speak Fluent English + Russian or any European Language.
