Job Description
The Parking Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of a parking facility, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing parking operators and valet.
- Ensuring full compliance with local parking regulations and laws.
- Overseeing maintenance and repairs of parking facilities and equipment.
- Creating and implementing parking policies and procedures.
- Monitoring parking lot occupancy and revenue generation.
- Managing customer complaints and feedback.
- Preparing financial and operational reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a supervisory or management role in parking management.
- Strong knowledge of local parking regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of parking management software and technology.
- Knowledge of Arabic Language is a Plus.
