We are currently seeking a qualified Calibration Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Job Description:

As a Calibration Technician at Middle East Calibration Lab, you will be responsible for performing calibration and maintenance of various instruments and equipment. You will work with cutting-edge tools and technologies while ensuring compliance with international calibration standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibration, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment.
  • Ensure all calibration activities meet ISO/IEC 17025 standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in equipment and instruments.
  • Provide technical support to clients on calibration and measurement issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures while performing tasks.
  • Prepare and present calibration certificates and reports.
  • Travel to client sites in the UAE as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications (ITI, etc.).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Calibration Technician or in a similar technical role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of calibration techniques, equipment, and standards.
  • Experience with calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and calibration software.
  • Licenses:
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Candidates without a UAE Driving License need not apply).
