Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Manage staff schedules, training, and motivation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Support inventory management and ordering processes
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the coffee shop or hospitality industry within the GCC
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- A passion for coffee and customer service
