We are now expanding our team and are searching for a dedicated Civil Engineer to lead and oversee site operations.

Job Description:

• Position: Civil Engineer
• Location: Dubai
• UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Nationality: ANY
• MALE
• Salary Range: 5000 to 10000 AED

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all finishing work activities on the construction site.
• Ensure project compliance with design specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and contractors to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise a team of skilled workers, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
• Communicate effectively with our head office to provide project updates and reports.
• Problem-solve and make decisions to resolve any site-related issues promptly.
• Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing work within the construction industry.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
