Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a visionary Senior Architect with extensive experience in the real estate and property development industry. This role requires a talented professional who can bring innovative ideas to life, oversee architectural designs, and ensure alignment with company’s luxury standards. If you’re passionate about design excellence and have a proven track record with Dubai’s top developers, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of luxury residential and commercial developments, ensuring architectural excellence.
- Oversee all stages of the architectural process, from concept development to final execution, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to align designs with project goals and timelines.
- Ensure all designs comply with Dubai’s building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
- Integrate modern design trends, sustainable practices, and advanced technologies into projects to enhance aesthetic and functional value.
- Present design concepts to senior management and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine ideas.
- Address design challenges proactively, providing innovative solutions to meet project objectives.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and designers to foster professional growth and maintain design quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years as an architect in well-known property development companies in Dubai.
- Proven expertise in designing luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other visualization tools).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainability practices.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and high-quality design work.
- Experience managing teams and working in multidisciplinary environments.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and client preferences.
