Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai UAE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the approved limits.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, contract documents, and tender submissions.
- Identify potential risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering.
- Experience in civil construction projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation tools, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
