Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Junior/Mid-Level Architect with a strong background in real estate and property development. You’ll support our senior architects in designing and delivering innovative, high-quality projects that align with company’s luxury standards. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and have hands-on experience with top developers in Dubai, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating architectural designs for luxury residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with company’s brand identity.
- Work closely with senior architects to develop detailed drawings, models, and documentation for various stages of the project.
- Prepare technical designs, plans, and layouts using industry-standard software.
- Ensure designs meet Dubai’s building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions in line with project goals.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience with well-known property developers in Dubai.
- Proven expertise in luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and sustainability practices.
- A portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and building standards.
