Job Title: Bending and Shearing Machine Operator
We are hiring a skilled Bending and Shearing Machine Operator to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain bending and shearing machines to ensure precise fabrication of materials (metal, steel, etc.)
- Set up machines based on work orders, technical drawings, and specifications
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings to meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by adhering to safety protocols and standards
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand material dimensions and specifications
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bending and Shearing Machine Operator (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to operate bending and shearing machines accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with machine operation techniques and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate machine adjustments
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work well within a team environment
