Nature for Environmental and Agricultural Solutions L.L.C is a national company specializing in planting and maintaining mangrove trees and reserves, managing mangrove forest-related projects, and providing specialized consultations in this field. Our mission is to contribute to environmental sustainability through innovative solutions that protect and enhance mangrove habitats.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of the project from inception to completion, with the objective of achieving the required goals within the specified budget and timeline. Key duties include developing a comprehensive project plan, identifying necessary resources, managing and guiding the team, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with agreed-upon requirements and standards. Additionally, the Project Manager will track progress, conduct necessary evaluations, resolve issues encountered by the team, and provide regular reports to senior management to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead and guide project team members, assigning tasks based on skills and expertise.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and standards.
- Track project progress to ensure adherence to the timeline and budget, making necessary adjustments.
- Analyze potential risks, develop strategies to address them, and provide proactive solutions.
- Ensure project outputs meet specified quality standards and conduct necessary evaluations.
- Provide senior management with periodic reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Monitor expenses to ensure budget compliance and provide solutions to manage costs when necessary.
- Handle obstacles and issues effectively to ensure smooth project progress.
- Officially close the project and conduct performance reviews to improve future processes.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the same field.
- A professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Earth, AutoCAD, and related programs is a plus.
- Drone operating skills are an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
- Organizational and time-management skills to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to respond quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high ability to coordinate with various parties.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, ASANA, or Trello.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Must have UAE experience, Available in Abu Dhabi Preferred
