Education: Not mandatory but a high school diploma is preferred
Visa Status: Applicant must have their own visa (Bustan will not provide visas)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Cleaning Services Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in professional cleaning, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for office spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing office areas.
- Clean and restock restrooms and common areas.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide friendly and professional service to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office or professional cleaning.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle tasks requiring manual labor.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and cleaning protocols is a plus.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
- Monthly salary: AED 1,800 + AED 100 transport allowance.
- Four days off per month.
- Two days can be taken as leave.
- The remaining two days must be worked as overtime, compensated at AED 200 for both days.
