Role Overview
We are on the hunt for a Videographer & Photographer to join our Creative Team in the Marketing Department. If you have a knack for storytelling through stunning visuals, love capturing moments that inspire, and have an eye for luxury aesthetics, this role is perfect for you!
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality videos and photos that reflect the essence of our brand and projects. From sleek promotional videos to breathtaking property shoots, your work will help define how the world sees REEF Luxury Developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, including promotional content, property showcases, and event coverage.
- Capture compelling images of properties, events, and lifestyle moments that reflect REEF’s luxury brand identity.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to brainstorm and execute visual concepts that align with marketing campaigns.
- Edit videos and photos using industry-standard software to deliver polished, professional results.
- Ensure all visuals adhere to REEF’s brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and premium aesthetic.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is always in excellent condition.
- Stay updated on the latest photography, videography, and editing trends, incorporating innovative techniques into your work.
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and external agencies to deliver top-notch content on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in videography and photography, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in camera equipment, lighting techniques, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to capture and edit stunning visuals that tell a story.
- A keen eye for composition, colour, and branding.
- Comfortable with tight deadlines and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and open to feedback, with excellent communication skills.
