Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our brand. You’ll play a vital role in building lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving loyalty to REEF’s luxury offerings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about luxury real estate, and excels at creating meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized support.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless and memorable experience with REEF.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and anticipating their needs.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Proactively address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide tailored solutions and follow-ups for potential and existing clients.
  • Stay updated on real estate trends and market insights to provide informed advice to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, client services, or a similar role, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Positive, approachable, and driven by a client-first mindset.
  • Able to adapt quickly to dynamic situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and platforms to manage client relationships.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages (European, Russian, Chinese) are essential.
