Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive new business through strategic planning and relationship management.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of success in sales, ideally within the Real Estate Development, Construction, Contracting, or Project Management industry.
  • Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
  • Familiar with CRM tools would be a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, multitasking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
