We're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our secondary real estate division.

Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our secondary real estate market, managing a team, and building strong relationships with investors, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy for secondary real estate markets
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Build relationships with investors, brokers, and property owners
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Oversee negotiations and deal closures
  • Report sales performance to senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of secondary real estate markets and investment properties
  • Proven track record in sales and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
