Urgently Needed: Female Purchasing Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Officer to join our organization immediately. Candidates must be available to work in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source suppliers for materials, products, and services.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers.
  • Prepare, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any supply issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Preferably female

Working Schedule:

  • 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Sunday – Thursday
  • 2 Days Off (Friday & Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
