Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused POS Machine Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling our advanced POS solutions to both small and large businesses. You will also work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and generate new sales leads for POS machines through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Identify and understand client needs to present tailored POS solutions that align with their business requirements.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of POS machines to prospective clients, offering product consultations and solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients, while ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales quotes.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful installation and training of POS machines.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the POS machine or technology solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and local business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or selling technology solutions.
- Knowledge of POS software and hardware systems.
- Familiarity with local business regulations and practices.
