Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage painting teams to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
- Review project specifications and allocate resources accordingly.
- Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation before painting.
- Monitor work progress and provide guidance to the painting crew.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain inventory of painting materials and report usage to the management.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades for seamless project execution.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in painting is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in painting works, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
