Job Responsibilities: * Bookkeeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software tools like Tally, Xero Zhou.
- 2. Cash Flow Management: • Prepare daily and monthly cash flow statements to monitor and analyse financial liquidity.
- 3. Balance Sheet Preparation: • Develop and maintain balance sheets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- 4. Presentation Skills: • Create and deliver clear and insightful financial presentations for stakeholders.
- 5. Monthly Billing Cycle: • Update and manage the monthly billing cycle, ensuring accuracy in invoicing.
- 6. Invoice Preparation: • Prepare detailed and accurate invoices for products and services rendered.
- 7. Financial Contract Terms and Conditions: • Draft and review terms and conditions for financial contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance pertain advance bank guarantees, performance bank guaranty, Knowledge of letter of credit , bill of landing and clarence of Letter of credit terms and conditions.
- 8. Excel Sheet Proficiency: • Utilize advanced features of Excel for various accounting purposes, data analysis, and reporting.
- 9. VAT Filing: • Ensure compliance with Dubai government rules by accurately filing VAT returns.
- 10. Financial Metrics: • Calculate and analyse financial metrics including IRR (Internal Rate of Return), EBITA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, and Amortization), and ROI (Return on Investment).
- 11. Rule Knowledge: • Stay updated on financial rules, regulations, and best practices.
- 12. Day-to-Day Accounting Tasks: • Handle various day-to-day accounting and finance tasks as required.
