Carmen Perfumes, a leading fragrance brand, is looking for a proactive Leasing Officer to secure prime retail locations and drive our regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure leasing opportunities in premium locations.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms and manage contracts.
- Build strong relationships with mall management teams.
- Monitor leasing timelines, promotional opportunities, and competitors.
- Prepare leasing activity reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience.
- Knowledge of UAE leasing regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Egyptian nationality only
