We have an open role for Position Title -
Marketing Executive/ Officer for a leading Training & Development Company in Bahrain.

***Kindly share your CVs to ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in digital marketing, and will drive the company’s marketing strategies to promote training and development programs effectively. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in Arabic and English who is willing to travel as part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote training programs and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website content.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create and oversee engaging and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
  • Develop content tailored to specific audiences to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Brand Development:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing efforts.
  • Enhance brand presence and recognition within the training and education industry.
  • Event Management:
  • Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Experience in the training or education industry is an advantage.
  • Language: Bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
