• Install, configure, and maintain virtual servers and network equipment.
• Implement resources and procedures to ensure the security, performance, and availability of systems (back-up, secure data flows, plan and implement fallback or workaround solutions).
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware (including desktop computers and printers) and standard desktop applications (including Microsoft office applications, virus protection, and network security)
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, printers as well as peripherals.
• Handle user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure data security and confidentiality.
• First contact resolution and troubleshooting via phone and remote access tools.
• Support of the following Technology: Microsoft Office products, Windows 10, Mac OSX, desktops, laptops, multi-function printers, basic LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Manage hardware, software and systems upgrades and maintenance.
