  • Responsible to manage the desk of reception in Showroom
  • Conduct professional greetings and communication with the visitors and guests
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
  • Perform administrative inter-office duties and responsibilities
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Provide prompt and enhanced services to internal & external customers
  • Maintain corporate confidentiality and integrity
  • Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing couriers and mails
  • Efficient management of meeting room schedules
