- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry.
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing high-rise residential/commercial towers and 5-star hotel projects exceeding USD 100 million in budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and construction practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.
