Position: Finance and Accounting Manager
Package and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary between AED 16,000 – 23,000 commensurate with experience

Job Summary:
The Finance and Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving the financial success of the Real Estate Company. This position involves managing financial activities not only for the real estate business but also includes the responsibility of handling personal accounts and financial and administrative transactions for the Executive Chairman's office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation preferred. With UAE Attestation.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with real estate accounting principles and regulations.
- Working knowledge of ERP applicable to Real Estate.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- UAE valid driving license with own car
Job Description:
Financial Management:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Accounting Operations:
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
- Monitor and control cash flow, expenses, and income.
Personal Accounts Management:
- Handle personal financial transactions and accounts related to the Chairman's office.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in managing personal financial matters.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial risks.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
