Responsibilities:
· Generate new leads and sales opportunities within the interior design, fit out, and renovation industry
· Identify and cultivate potential business relationships to expand the client base
· Respond to client inquiries and manage follow-up on leads in a timely manner
· Develop tailored proposals and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
Requirements:
· Proven track record of generating sales leads and closing deals in the interior design, fit out, and renovation industry
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills
· Solid understanding of industry trends, practices, and design standards
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
· Willingness to work on a commission-based structure, with high earning potential
· Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license
· A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
