Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-year experience in real estate is necessary.
• Ability to work targets and commission basis.
• Proven working experience as a real estate broker with successful closures.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate market best practices.
