Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage civil engineering expertise to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and technical services sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop project proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the construction or technical services industry.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
