We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Writing necessary E-mails related to business
- Answering calls
- Data Entry moderator (Expenses & Sales)
- Assisting with daily operations
- Handling office tasks and correspondence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Fresh graduates preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good in English (Both reading & writing)
- Proficiency in (software/tools if applicable, e.g., MS Office)
