Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking activities.
Who We Are Looking For
- Gender: Female candidates only (due to team requirements).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or delivery services sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Additional Criteria
- Must possess a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
