Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our dynamic immigration services team. The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing client cases throughout the immigration process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services.
About Us:
This is Dubai-based immigration consultancy providing services such as skilled immigration, work permits, visit visas, student visas, and citizenship by investment. We cater to clients seeking opportunities in countries like Hungary & Turkey. Our offices are in Dubai, Morocco, and India (yet to be operational) emphasizing personalized and transparent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of immigration case processing, including document collection, verification, and submission.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and guide them through the immigration process.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and third-party service providers to ensure the smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and case progress in the CRM or case management system.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing application forms, letters, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in immigration processes or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of immigration policies and procedures for other countries
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with work permits, visit visas, or other immigration-related processes.
- Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Arabic, French, etc...).
