Job Title: Limousine Driver
Location: Dubai
Salary : Commission Based
Duty time: 10 hours driving + 1 hour reporting to manager , 7 days a week
*Must be flexible for day and night shift timings*
Introduction:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Limousine Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety and punctuality. As a Limousine Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious transportation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and Reliable Transport: Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner, ensuring comfort and security throughout the ride.
- Professional Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service by greeting clients warmly, assisting with luggage, and offering an exceptional riding experience.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the limousine, ensuring the vehicle is always well-maintained, stocked, and presentable for each trip.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient driving routes, monitor traffic conditions, and make adjustments as needed to ensure punctuality and minimize delays.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving. Ensure seat belts are worn and clients are securely transported.
- Booking and Schedule Management: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on client bookings. Verify client details and address any special requests.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle any client concerns or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any other relevant details for reporting and billing purposes.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times, particularly when transporting high-profile or sensitive clientele.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chauffeur, limousine driver, or in a similar role is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of the local area, traffic patterns, and the best routes for timely arrivals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
