We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 10 Telesales Representative to join our dynamic Telecom B2B Sales team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leveraging data mining techniques to uncover potential leads, and contacting businesses to promote and sell our Fiber and wireless internet connections, as well as postpaid SIM card solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to establish strong customer relationships to drive sales growth within the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Data Mining:
- Utilize available data sources and tools to identify potential business customers who may benefit from Fiber and wireless internet solutions, as well as postpaid SIM cards.
- Conduct thorough research to analyse business requirements and match them with appropriate product offerings.
- Outbound Calling & Sales:
- Proactively reach out to prospective B2B clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Present our telecom solutions (Fiber internet, wireless internet, and postpaid SIM cards) clearly, effectively, and persuasively.
- Address client queries, explain the benefits of the products, and highlight competitive advantages.
- Consultative Selling:
- Understand each client’s business needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that best suit their requirements.
- Provide recommendations on optimal connectivity solutions based on company size, industry, and specific needs.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Track and report sales performance and customer interactions using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential B2B clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services, address any issues, and maximize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of telesales or B2B sales experience, preferably within the telecom industry (selling fiber, internet services, or mobile solutions).
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom solutions, including fiber internet, wireless internet, and postpaid SIM cards.
- Data Mining & CRM: Strong skills in lead generation, utilizing data mining tools, and proficiency in CRM software Zoho
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close sales.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and performance goals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of motivation to achieve targets.
