Newly Formed Real Estae Brokarage Company based in dubai Main land is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead a prominent company in the Real Estate Brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with proven leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in property development and real estate brokerage.
- Lead the organization in identifying new business opportunities, including land acquisitions, property investments, and market expansion.
- Oversee the formulation of long-term plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Management:
- Manage daily operations across property development and real estate brokerage, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Oversee project management activities, including staff performance
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all property transactions and developments.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Drive the sales and marketing strategy for real estate brokerage, including residential, commercial, and retail properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Lead the marketing and promotional efforts to position the company as a leader in the real estate market.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, including sales agents and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction throughout the property development and real estate brokerage process.
- Handle high-profile negotiations and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the real estate Brokarage industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of property development, real estate brokerage, and market trends.
- Proven track record of successful business development and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, investments, and financial performance.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
